Ministry of Energy of Russia: the situation with electricity supply in the Crimea, Kherson region and Zaporozhye is stable
The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation said that the situation with the provision of fuel, gas and electricity to consumers in the Crimea , Kherson and Zaporozhye regions remains stable. It is reported by TASS .
The department stressed that there are no risks of fuel shortages, and stocks are at a sufficient level.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Energy stated that there was no expected shortage of fuel at gas stations in Crimea. It was noted that the peninsula is provided with gasoline and diesel fuel for cars.
On October 8, the National Anti-Terrorism Committee (NAC) announced that a truck exploded on the Crimean bridge, which led to the ignition of seven fuel tanks of the train. As a result of the emergency, two car spans partially collapsed, the arch over the navigable part of the bridge was not damaged.
According to preliminary data from the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation , three people died in the explosion on the bridge . Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered the creation of a government commission to determine the causes of the emergency and eliminate its consequences.
